Job Description: Business Head - Textile Manufacturing

**Salary**: Up to ₹50 LPA (negotiable based on experience)

**Position Overview**:
We seek an experienced Business Head to lead and oversee all operations of our têxtile manufacturing company. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining financial health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement long-term business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- **Operational Oversight**: Supervise all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry standards.
- **Financial Management**: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to maintain robust fiscal performance.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor senior management teams across departments, fostering a high-performance culture.
- **Process Optimization**: Implement best practices to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and ensure compliance.
- **Stakeholder Relations**: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, suppliers, and customers.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives for business expansion and diversification.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in têxtile manufacturing, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and financial oversight.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
