The CTO will be a key member of the senior management team who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). We expect you to be an accomplished and effective leader because you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of business processes. Also, the one who possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, a sound business mind, and a strong work ethic.

**Experience: 4 to 6 years (experience in IT company)**

**Job Type: Work from office (Full Time)**

**Location: Adajan, Surat**

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions
- Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments
- Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each
- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
- Identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create plans to implement them for us and our clients
- Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
- Extensive experience with MVC frameworks

**Skills**:

- Create and carry out business plans, strategies, and processes.
- Create guidelines that support the mission and culture of the business.
- Analyze and understand measurements and data to evaluate performance.
- Engage in business alliances, mergers, and acquisitions, among other expansion-related operations.
- Strong interpersonal and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions
- BSc/BA in business administration or a related field; an MBA or MSc is preferred.
