Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product strategy, innovation, and development efforts. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in defining and driving the future direction of our SAAS products. Responsabilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse, globally distributed product team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional development.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- User-Centric Design: Champion a user-centric approach to product design and development, ensuring that the customer experience is at the forefront of decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver seamless and integrated product solutions.
- Budget Management: Manage the product department's budget effectively, making resource allocation decisions that align with strategic priorities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and metrics to assess product performance and inform strategic decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer or a similar senior leadership role in a SAAS company.
- Strong background in the JobTech industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
- Successful track record of bringing innovative products to market and driving significant business growth.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing remote, cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with overall business objectives.
