- **Financial Planning & Strategy**: Developing and overseeing the financial strategy of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- **Financial Reporting**: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. This includes preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Managing the company’s cash flow to ensure there are sufficient funds for daily operations and strategic investments. This includes monitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, such as market fluctuations, credit risks, and operational risks. This may involve purchasing insurance, hedging, and developing risk management frameworks.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conducting financial analysis to evaluate company performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
- **Investor Relations**: Communicating with shareholders, analysts, and potential investors about the company’s financial performance, strategy, and outlook. This includes preparing earnings calls, annual reports, and investor presentations.
- **Capital Structure Management**: Overseeing the company’s capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to ensure the company maintains an optimal balance between risk and return.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
