**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to lead our finance and accounts function. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing risks, ensuring compliance, and driving financial growth for the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
- Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business goals.
- Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, and compliance.
- Implement effective internal controls and financial reporting systems.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and cost optimization.
- Provide financial insights for decision-making at the leadership level.
- Build strong vendor, banking, and investor relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification required.
- **10+ years of experience in finance and accounts,**with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and corporate finance.
- Proven track record of financial strategy, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
