2. Age should not be more than 55 years as on date.

3. He/ she will be acting as Chief Finance Officer of the Company and responsible for complete compliance of Finance and Accounts functions including Final Accounts, raising of finance, compliance of Income Tax, GST, Customs, FEMA, and other statutory provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI, Cost Audit etc.

4. He will oversee all audit and internal financial control operations of the company.

7. Prior experience of working in SAP or similar ERP environment is highly desirable.

8. He/ She will be responsible for compliance of company's internal policies and directions of the management / Board.

9. He/ She is expected to prepare financial statements, annual budget and other financial information for approval of Board.

10. He/ She should be conversant with banking activities including and able to develop the corporate fund-raising strategies and drive the company's financial & investment strategies and planning.

11. He/ She is expected to optimize and ensure cash flow requirements for the operations and projects under implementation.

12. He/ She is expected to possess very good Communication skills, Planning & Organizing skills,
Monitoring & Control skills along with decision making, problem solving and negotiation and influencing skills
