Hiring For Chief Financial Officer (CFO) In Vadodara

**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Leadership:

- Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide financial guidance and recommendations to senior management.
- Financial Management:

- Manage the organization's budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Oversee all aspects of financial accounting and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Manage the organization's cash flow and working capital.
- Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Ensure the organization's compliance with internal controls.
- Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage the finance team.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top financial talent.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and ethical behavior within the finance department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CA/CMA)
- 10+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role
- Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Experience leading and motivating a team
- Salary : Upto 18 to 20 LPA
