**Job Description: Chief Financial Officer**

**Reports To**: Executive Director & Managing Director

**General Responsibilities**:

- Support operations through data analysis, comparing actual performance to budget, and providing key insights to various teams (Management, Sales, Operations, etc.).
- Assist with monthly operations reviews, cost reduction identification, operational improvements, and the annual budget process.
- Oversee accounting, statutory compliance, reporting, GST, TDS, and expense tracking.
- Establish and enforce payment authorization processes and ensure all financial documentation is maintained.
- Lead fiscal planning, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
- Implement internal audits, manage cash flow, general ledger, and balance sheets, ensuring timely reporting.
- Liaison with insurance companies for policy renewals and ensure confidentiality of financial information.

**Funds Management**:

- Forecast cash flow, ensure sufficient funds for operations and CAPEX.
- Facilitate receivables collection and payment obligations.
- Work closely with Sales to drive top-line revenue.
- Maintain banking relationships and manage credit policies and capital structure.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Interpret financial results and recommend improvement activities.
- Review cost-reduction opportunities and manage financial reporting systems.
- Liaise with auditors and other external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Monitor income, cash flow, expenditure, and financial systems.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Analyze production costs and operational expenses on a monthly basis.
- Provide product-wise pricing/quotes for domestic and export markets.
- Manage subsidies from MSME and handle documentation for government departments like MOEF & DGFT.
- Guide other departments on accounting policies and operational issues.
- Oversee IT areas including hardware, software, ERP systems, etc.
- Safeguard the company’s value through risk management.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Oversee ongoing legal suits and liaise with advocates.
- Manage the name change process for windmills and liaise with state government departments.
- Handle carbon credit projects and provide data to the VP of Operations.
- Act as the single point of contact for plant-related data and documentation needs across departments.

This role requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
