Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 18-22 years in strategic financial roles

Key Responsibilities:
Evolve and implement the organization’s financial management strategy

Establish robust financial systems, processes, and controls

Monitor and manage the financial health of the organization

Oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, and documentation

Lead and develop the finance department team

Drive creation and continuous revision of financial policies

Annual budgeting, forecasting, and approval process

Support senior leadership in strategic planning and investment decisions

Desired Profile:
Proven leadership in financial planning, policy-making, and control

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
