To manage the day-to-day operations and protocols of our company, we are seeking a capable Chief Operating Officer, or COO. As the second-in-command of the organization, you will be in charge of maintaining corporate efficiency.

The COO is a key member of the senior management team who reports only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). We expect you to be an accomplished and effective leader because you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of business processes. Also the one who possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, a sound business mind, and a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and carry out business plans, strategies, and processes.
- Should have knowledge of all technical languages.
- Establish detailed objectives for growth and performance.
- Create guidelines that support the mission and culture of the business.
- Oversee the executives' work and the day-to-day operations of the business (IT, marketing, sales, finance, etc.).
- Lead staff to promote maximum effort and commitment.
- Analyze and understand measurements and data to evaluate performance.
- Prepare and deliver reports to the CEO on any significant issues.
- Support the CEO's fundraising efforts.
- Engage in business alliances, mergers, and acquisitions, among other expansion-related operations.
- Cultivate relationships with vendors and business partners.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Comprehension of company operations, including marketing, finance, and human resources.
- Measurable proficiency in business development and strategic planning
- Working familiarity with performance and data analysis related to operations
- Practical understanding of Microsoft Office and IT/business infrastructure.
- Outstanding leadership and organizing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions
- BSc/BA in business administration or a related field; an MBA or MSc is preferred.
