**The Salary is negotiable and is written just for the sake of writing. Final Salary will be selected at the time of Selection.**

**Responsibilities**:
As the COO, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and day-to-day management of our dealership. Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. **Business Strategy**: Develop and execute business strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives. Identify new market opportunities and formulate plans to expand the dealership's presence in the region.

2. **Operational Excellence**: Oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, spare parts, and finance. Ensure efficient processes and systems are in place to deliver seamless services to our customers.

3. **Performance Management**: Monitor the dealership's performance metrics and implement measures to achieve sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. Lead regular reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

4. **Team Leadership**: Inspire and lead a high-performing team. Provide coaching and guidance to department heads to enhance their leadership skills and ensure a motivated workforce.

5. **Customer Focus**: Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the dealership. Implement initiatives to enhance customer experience, loyalty, and retention.

6. **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with Tata Motors and other suppliers. Negotiate favorable terms and agreements to optimize costs and availability of vehicles and spare parts.

7. **Compliance and Quality**: Ensure the dealership operates in full compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Uphold the highest standards of quality in products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a COO or a senior leadership role within the automotive industry, preferably in commercial vehicles.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and profitability.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- In-depth knowledge of the commercial vehicles market and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
