We are committed to excellence in everything we do and are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. As CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of our organization.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, including long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and resilience.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support daily operations and growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, reporting requirements, and tax laws.
- Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.
- Deep understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of financial leadership and innovation.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
