This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Marketing Officer at Svaraa Jewels located in Surat. As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day marketing operations of our brand. This includes market planning, market research, public relations, marketing management, and sales strategies.
- Proven experience as **chief marketing officer** or similar role
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM)
- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities Proven experience as **chief marketing officer** or similar role Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Market Planning, Market Research, and Marketing Management skills
- Public Relations experience
- Sales strategies and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a marketing team
- An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the jewelry or luxury fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,015,726.69 - ₹2,664,111.95 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
