My client is Wealth Management is South Gujarat's largest 360° wealth management firm catering to Financial Planning, Investments, Insurance, and Estate Planning needs for HNIs, families, trusts, and SMEs. We have presence in 6 cities namely - Surat, Anand, Rajkot, Vadodara, Mumbai, and Pune. Our headquarter is stationed at Surat, with a team of 52 employees. We manage INR 90,000 crore worth of risk under management and our AUM is INR 600 crore, with the largest live monthly SIP book at INR 2.5 crore.
**Job Description: Chief Operating Officer Job Summary**
**Job Duties and Deliverables include, but are not limited to**
- Ensure P&L responsibilities with compliance at all times, within company value framework
- Provide inspired leadership company-wide.
- Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
- Report to the board of directors and keep them informed.
- Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company.
- Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision.
- Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary.
- Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
- Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.
- Work closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring.

**Minimum Requirements**
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Life Insurance and(or) General Insurance industry
- Experience in a senior management position.
- Must have at least 4-5 direct reportees in current role

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
- Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
- Dynamic result-oritented leader with strong tech skills.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
- Strong communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
