- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social
- Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs **Design and implement customer loyalty programs, personalized marketing campaigns, and exclusive events to build long-term relationships with clients.** Leverage data analytics to understand customer behaviour and refine strategies accordingly. 9. Financial Management & ROI Tracking **Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.** Monitor the ROI of campaigns, retail expansion projects, and online sales initiatives to ensure financial efficiency and sustained growth.

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead marketing, branding, and business expansion initiatives for a leading retail jewellery showroom headquartered in Surat, Gujarat. This role encompasses building a globally trusted brand, expanding online and offline sales channels, driving customer engagement, and outpacing competitors through innovative strategies. The CMO will also be responsible for identifying retail and airport outlet opportunities, managing exhibitions, and driving online retail growth through the promotion of small-ticket jewellery items. This is a key leadership role that demands creativity, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of the luxury and jewellery industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
