Job Summary:
The CEO will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to drive growth and profitability. The role encompasses business development, sales strategy, and efficient operations management within the plywood industry in India.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's vision and strategic plans.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities in Surat and beyond.

Sales Management:
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity in the plywood sector.

Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients.

Operational Efficiency: Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency.

Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.

Reporting: Report to the board of directors on company performance.

Problem Solving: Address critical business challenges.

Decision Making: Make key strategic and operational decisions.

Company Culture: Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree

Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in the plywood industry.

Proven track record of driving business growth.

Strong understanding of the Surat plywood market.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
