**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the company\'s financial strategy in alignment with its goals and objectives.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analyze financial data and provide insights to guide decision-making.

3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis to the executive team and board of directors.

4. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

5. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support day-to-day operations and growth initiatives.

6. Investment Management: Evaluate and manage investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital expenditures.

7. Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies.

8. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

9. Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

10. Tax Strategy: Develop and oversee tax strategies (direct & indirect) to minimize tax liabilities while maintaining compliance.

11. Financial Communication: Communicate financial performance, strategies, and goals to internal and external stakeholders.

- Capability of working under pressure & achieve targets based on the guidelines of the companies goals.
- Excellent Communication & presentation Skills
- Have good knowledge and hands on experience of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Should have knowledge of SAP, ERP other related softwares.
- Ability to build strategic and long term relationships
- Experience in managing a team of qualified and semi
- qualified professionals
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Execute the financial strategy of the company.
