We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead brand building, customer engagement, and multi-channel growth for a premier player in the Indian jewellery industry.
This full-time leadership role positions the CMO as the architect of marketing excellence—responsible for creating a globally trusted brand, scaling both offline and online channels, and embedding technology, automation, and AI into marketing execution.
The role requires resilience in a fast-evolving luxury market, a strong execution mindset, and deep expertise in digital and physical consumer journeys. From expanding retail footprints in prime locations and airports to accelerating online jewellery sales, the CMO will drive innovation, influence, and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Insights
- Define and implement a data-driven marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Use analytics, AI, and automation to anticipate consumer trends and stay ahead of competitors.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics to refine positioning and maintain brand leadership.
Brand Development & Storytelling
- Position the brand as a global benchmark in jewellery, emphasizing heritage, craftsmanship, and trust.
- Craft campaigns that resonate across demographics and cultures, fostering aspiration and loyalty.
- Ensure consistent premium messaging across retail, digital, and experiential platforms.
Digital & E-commerce Growth
- Expand online retail, with a focus on fast-moving and accessible jewellery categories.
- Implement omni-channel strategies to deliver seamless offline-to-online consumer experiences.
- Drive personalization, CRM adoption, and automation to boost conversions and retention.
Retail Expansion & Business Development
- Identify and secure high-potential retail locations, including airports and premium destinations.
- Lead new store openings, exhibitions, and pop-up concepts to strengthen luxury positioning.
- Balance scale and profitability through strategic market entry.
Influencer & Event Strategy
- Build partnerships with celebrities, influencers, and cultural icons to enhance brand visibility.
- Lead participation in national and international exhibitions with immersive experiences.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty
- Develop loyalty programs powered by consumer insights and personalization.
- Create premium customer journeys that deepen connections and encourage repeat purchases.
Financial & ROI Management
- Manage the marketing budget with discipline and a focus on ROI-driven growth.
- Optimize spend across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
- Leverage analytics to enhance NPS, track customer journeys, and increase repeat sales.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in Marketing (Tier-1/Top institutes preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within luxury retail, jewellery, or allied industries.
- Proven success in building premium brands, driving digital campaigns, and scaling e-commerce.
- Expertise in omni-channel strategy, customer insights, and experiential marketing.
- Strong command of technology, automation, and analytics in scaling marketing efforts.
