Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the special educator in supporting children with diverse learning needs.
- Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in line with Montessori principles.
- Provide one-on-one and group support during classroom activities.
- Observe and document student progress and behavior.
- Encourage practical life skills and independence in children.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
- Coordinate with teachers, therapists, and parents as needed.
- Participate in training to learn Montessori methods and special education practices
- Coordinate with teachers and parents as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education, Montessori Education, or related field.
- Freshers with keen interest in Special Education and a passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
- Experience working with children with learning differences, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), sensory processing disorders, or other special needs is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of child development and behavior management strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for inclusive education.
