Key responsibilities of a special needs teacher:

- **Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)**:Create and manage IEPs for each student, collaborating with parents and other professionals to develop tailored learning objectives and strategies.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:Conduct ongoing assessments to measure student progress, identify areas of need, and adjust instruction accordingly.
- **Adapting Curriculum**:Modify existing curriculum materials to meet the specific needs of each student with disabilities.
- **Differentiated Instruction**:Utilize a variety of teaching methods and approaches to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Maintain open communication with parents, general education teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure coordinated student support.
- **Behavior Management**:Implement positive behavior support strategies to manage challenging behaviors and promote appropriate classroom conduct.
- **Sensory Integration**:For students with sensory processing difficulties, incorporate sensory activities and modifications into the learning environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
