**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Special children in addressing diverse learning needs.
- Assist in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in line with Montessori principles.
- Provide one-on-one and group support during classroom activities.
- Observe and document student progress and milestones.
- Encourage practical life skills, independence, and self-confidence in children.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists for holistic child development.
- Actively participate in Montessori and special education training programs.
