**Role Overview**
We are inviting **fresh graduates from any discipline** who are eager to start their career in **Special Education and Montessori teaching**. If you are compassionate, patient, and excited to learn, this role offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience while being trained in internationally recognized Montessori methods and inclusive education practices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Special children in addressing diverse learning needs.
- Assist in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in line with Montessori principles.
- Provide one-on-one and group support during classroom activities.
- Observe and document student progress and milestones.
- Encourage practical life skills, independence, and self-confidence in children.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists for holistic child development.
- Actively participate in Montessori and special education training programs.

**Who Can Apply?**
- Fresh graduates from **any academic background** with a strong interest in teaching, Special Education, and Montessori.
- No prior teaching experience required - **comprehensive training will be provided**.
