**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess the individual needs of students and create customized Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver tailored instruction using multi-sensory and differentiated teaching techniques
- Collaborate with class teachers to ensure inclusion of children with special needs in mainstream classrooms
- Conduct one-on-one or small group sessions for skill development
- Track and document student progress; revise IEPs as required
- Conduct regular parent meetings to share updates and strategies for support at home
- Assist in creating a supportive, inclusive classroom culture
- Provide training and sensitization sessions to staff on special education best practices

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education (B.Ed or M.Ed - Special Education) from a recognized institution
- RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration is mandatory
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in an inclusive or special education setup (preferably in a school)
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills
- Patience, empathy, and passion for supporting children with diverse needs.

Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of assistive technology and inclusive teaching tools
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other developmental needs
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

**Work Location**-Velachery, perungudi, Thoraipakkam, Pallikaranai
**Working Timing**-09:00 Am to 04:30 Pm
**Working Days**:

- Monday to Saturday
