Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven special educator who is eager to start their career in the field of Montessori Special Education. If you are empathetic, patient, and passionate about making a difference in children's lives, this role is your gateway to a rewarding global career in education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in guiding children with diverse learning needs.
  • Assist in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) following Montessori principles.
  • Provide one-on-one and small-group assistance during classroom activities.
  • Observe and document children's progress and behavior.
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and practical life skills in children.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists for holistic development.
  • Actively participate in Montessori and Special Education training programs.

Who Can Apply?

  • Bachelors in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science, Management, Social Work, etc.).
  • Bachelor's in Special Education.
  • No prior teaching experience required – comprehensive Montessori and Special Education training provided.
  • Strong interest in working with children and creating inclusive learning environments.
  • Patience, empathy, and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
