**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and B.Ed (Special Education)
- Have a keen interest in working with **children with special needs** (_freshers are encouraged to apply_).
- Empathetic, compassionate, and eager to help others — open-minded, willing to learn, and adaptable to any team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (education background preferred).
