**Job Role**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- A keen interest to work with special children preferrably freshers.
- Empathetic and compassionate and an interest in helping others.
- A open mind and wiilingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream.
- Willingness to commit for a minimum of 3 years.
