We are Vruksha International School Of Montessori, a chain of Montessori schools providing authentic Montessori education to children.

We are currently on the look out for a dynamic and energetic Primary teacher for our Montessori environment in Siruseri. If you are a passionate teacher who believes in Montessori method of education we invite you to be a part of an institution that is creating a revolution in education

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and update curriculum as student needs dictate.
- Introduce and present new material to individual students.
- Carefully observe and keep daily records on each student’s individual progression through the classroom, always being available to offer gentle guidance.
- Demonstrates the ability to develop rapport with students and treat each child with respect.
- Demonstrates a broad repertoire of teaching strategies that honor varied learning styles meeting the developmental, cognitive, emotional and social needs of children.
- Conducting parent-teacher meetings and reviews.
- Ensure that the materials and teaching aids are clean, safe and maintained.
- Create a system of positive communication with parents and work together with other adults to create and maintain a healthy environment.
- Align with the school mission, goals and philosophy clearly and work as team player with the all staff members, board and families of the school.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to take Montessori training, certification in Montessori is an added advantage
- Adaptable and willingness to learn
- Min 2 years of teaching experience/ freshers can also apply
- Must have communication and good presentation skills
- Passion for working with children ages 3 to 6 years
- Reliable/punctual is essential
