**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a _Montessori Primary Teacher_ trained from **AMI** or **IMTC**, who is passionate about guiding young children during their foundational years. While experience is welcome, fresh graduates with a deep commitment to Montessori values and a love for early childhood education are encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain an authentic Montessori environment that meets the developmental needs of children aged 2-6 years
- Observe, guide, and assess children’s progress with patience and sensitivity
- Facilitate independence, responsibility, and self-discipline in each child
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents to build a supportive learning community
- Model grace, courtesy, and respect in all interactions
- Participate in regular team meetings and school events

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Montessori Primary Training Certification (AMI or IMTC - mandatory)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (essential)
- A deep respect for the child and commitment to the Montessori philosophy
- Willingness to learn, reflect, and grow as an educator
- Patience, warmth, and a nurturing attitude
- Any degree

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
