Job Title: Montessori Head

Reports to: School Director

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of Montessori teachers.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent teaching practices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

2. Curriculum Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Montessori curriculum.
- Ensure alignment with Montessori principles and school goals.
- Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver engaging lessons.

3. Communication and Community Building
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the school community.
- Organize and lead parent-teacher conferences, workshops, and events.

4.Professional Development:

- Stay updated on best practices in Montessori education.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Share expertise with colleagues and contribute to the school's professional development program.

**Requirements**:
1. Education and Certification:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Montessori certification (AMS or AMI).

2. Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Montessori school setting.
- Proven experience in leadership and management.

3. Skills and Qualities:

- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrators.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
