**Position**:Primary Science Teacher**

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement the Montessori philosophy and methodology in an elementary classroom. ( age 6 to 12)
- Foster a stimulating and prepared learning environment that encourages exploration and independent learning.
- Guide students in academic and social development while respecting their individual learning pace.
- Design engaging lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles and age-appropriate learning outcomes.
- Maintain a well-organized and structured classroom that promotes curiosity and critical thinking.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school leadership regarding student progress and development.
- Conduct regular assessments & close observations to track student growth and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Encourage positive classroom behavior and interpersonal skills among students.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Primary environment.
- **Language Skills**: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Passion for Teaching**: A deep understanding of child development and a commitment to nurturing young learners.
- **Adaptability & Collaboration**: Ability to work closely with other educators and parents to create a supportive learning community.
