**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Need good experience in handling special Childs at home or in school.

**Job Summary**:
The Special Child Educator is responsible for developing and implementing educational programs tailored to meet the individual needs of student who is delaying in grasping. This role involves creating **individualized education plans** (IEPs),And using specialized techniques to foster the educational development of children with special needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Implement **Individualized Education Plans **(IEPs),
- Collaborate with parents, administrators to create IEPs that align with my student’s developmental and academic goals,
- **Monitor and update IEPs **based on progress and changing needs.
- Utilize special education techniques such as multi-sensory teaching, assistive technology, and alternative communication methods.
- Work closely with **general education teachers, speech and occupational therapists, psychologists**, and social workers to provide a holistic approach to education of our student.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and successes.
- Evaluate student performance using both formal and informal assessments.
- Ability to create and adapt lesson plans to accommodate different learning styles and needs.

**Additional**: Speaking **Telugu** is added advantage.

**Salary: 1.2LPA - 2.2LPA**

**Transport**:Bike **will be provided for Children use.(Driving skill and driving license required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
