**Job Title**: Clinic Agent - Sales
**Department**: Sales Team (Clinic Operations)

**Job Type**:On-Site(Full-Time)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Engagement & Sales**:

- Interact with customers at the clinic, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Promote clinic-based offers, services, and loyalty programs to drive revenue.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions through effective sales conversations and product demonstrations.

**2. Relationship Building**:

- Develop rapport with regular clinic visitors to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with potential leads or customers for post-visit inquiries or upselling opportunities.
- Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring high satisfaction levels through attentive service.

**3. Product & Service Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinic offerings, including wellness packages, grooming services, and pet care products.
- Confidently communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Provide accurate and useful information to help customers make the best choices for their pets.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented with the ability to close leads and meet targets
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms (preferred)
- Customer-focused attitude with a flair for persuasion

**Preferred Traits**:

- Passion for customer service and interest in the pet care industry
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, clinic-based setting
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

**Location**: Indiranagar, Bangalore.

**Note**: While pet parenting experience is a plus, it is **not mandatory** for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
