**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Engagement & Sales Support**:

- Provide detailed information about clinic services, procedures, and pricing.
- Assist patients in understanding treatment options and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Coordinate with medical staff to schedule consultations and procedures.skima.ai+1
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing patients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Track sales leads, patient interactions, and conversion rates using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
- Handle billing inquiries and assist patients with payment plans or insurance claims as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for promotional materials and clinic supplies.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

Pay: ₹25,836.37 - ₹42,560.22 per month
