4. Keep records of customer interactions and files/documents in the CRM.

5. Post sales, onboarding the customers by explaining the product and process. (welcome/ Activation call)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 1+ years’ experience in International customer service operations with excellent communication skills (Preferred US)
