We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, EXPERIENCED Admissions Coordinator/ Phone Representative with experience


**Designation**:_Admissions Coordinator / Customer Support Executive_

**Job Timings**: 6.30 PM to 4.30 AM **IST**

**Responsibilities of the Admissions Coordinator**:

- Receives incoming phone calls from those seeking treatment or their loved ones.
- Performs basic data entry and computer work.
- Conducts the admission process of signing in and explaining admission policies to patients and their families
- Pre-screening of patients, interview of patients as required and completion of the necessary documentation.
- Must be fluent in English.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of 6 months of call center/ sales experience required. (Specially USA)
- Knowledge of substance abuse and recovery process preferred.
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
