Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and services.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or as a customer service representative.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
