**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Record and maintain customer interactions, feedback, and concerns in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and management) to ensure quick issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain a high customer retention rate.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience with the brand.
- Assist in handling online reviews, social media inquiries, and customer engagement activities.
- Work on improving customer service processes based on feedback and trends.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- **1-3 years** of experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills in English & Hindi** (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience.
- Proficiency in using **CRM software, MS Office, and online customer support tools**.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A customer-focused attitude with a proactive and friendly approach.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience handling customer service via **WhatsApp, social media, and online chat support**.
- Knowledge of **basic sales techniques** to upsell and enhance customer experience.

**Salary & Incentives**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
