**Job Overview**:
Samarth Jewellery Limited is hiring a **Customer Service Representative** who will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This role is ideal for **freshers** who are enthusiastic, polite, and eager to build a career in the jewellery industry. Training will be provided to ensure smooth onboarding.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualification**: 12th Pass and above
- **Experience**: Freshers can apply
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal communication (Gujarati/Hindi/English preferred)
- **Other Requirements**: Friendly personality, patience, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle complaints or issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
