**What You’ll be Doing**
You'll report to Team Lead. You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication only
**What You Bring to the Role**
- Freshers/Experience can apply
- Great written communication skills in English including grammar and spelling
- 10 + 3 years Diploma/HSC/Any Graduate can Apply
- Computer savvy
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
