As a **Customer Support Representative**, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products/services. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience with our brand. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues or escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Record and maintain detailed customer interaction logs in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close any open issues.
- Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and support processes.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and software (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive and patient demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
