**Role Description**
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions
- Maintaining customer records and updating customer information
- Assisting customers with product selection and ordering
- Providing feedback to management on customer service issues
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

**Qualifications**
- Customer Service Representatives: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Job location : Khidderpur - Kolkata 700023

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
