**Overview**:
**Position**:Key Account Executive - OTA Management
**Location**: Gurgaon
**What you will do: OTA Management**:
- Manage and grow relationships with OTAs to drive business growth and revenue.
- Coordinate with OTAs to ensure optimal content, pricing, and availability.
- Track and optimize performance of OTA channels.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and OTAs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Address client concerns, offer solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction with Zingbus services.
**Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:
- Collaborate with demand and supply teams to ensure alignment of services and offerings to meet expectations.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer experience. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on OTA performance, client feedback.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in OTA channel.
**What we are looking for**:
**Education**:
- B.Tech degree or equivalent is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the travel industry. Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the travel industry, including OTA platforms and their operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client queries with professionalism.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
