We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive in mechancal field to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**

Identify and research potential clients and market segments.

Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.

Qualify leads and assess their potential for business opportunities.

**Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

Conduct product/service demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.

Address client inquiries and objections effectively.

**Account Management**

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Understand clients' needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions.

Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.

**Sales Target Achievement**

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Monitor and report on sales performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve goals.

**Market Research**

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Provide feedback on market insights and competitive intelligence.

**Sales Documentation**

Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and contracts.

Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

**Collaboration**

Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve company objectives.

Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
