Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Executive located in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and closing sales, maintaining customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, creating travel proposals, making bookings, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote travel packages. The Sales Executive will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Customer relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field preferred
