Personal Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and personal tasks as required.
- Coordinate and follow up on projects, deadlines, and priorities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible and adaptable with multitasking capabilities.
