Personal Assistant to Chancellor

**Job Summary**:
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chancellor provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Chancellor of the University. This role involves managing the Chancellor’s schedule, communications, and key engagements, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating the effective execution of their strategic and ceremonial responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Chancellor’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal time management.
- Organize and prepare for official events, meetings, ceremonies, and public appearances, including logistics, documentation, and protocol.
- Prepare reports, speeches, presentations, and briefings for the Chancellor as needed.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itinerary planning, accommodations, and expense management.
- Liaise with internal departments, senior university officials, external stakeholders, and VIP guests on behalf of the Chancellor.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and uphold a high standard of professionalism.
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and support strategic initiatives from the Chancellor’s office.
- Assist with ceremonial duties, including convocation events, honorary degree ceremonies, and community engagements.
- Maintain and archive official documents and records relevant to the Chancellor’s activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-level administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within a higher education or public sector environment.
- Experience working with senior executives, government officials, or dignitaries is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital scheduling tools.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Pay: ₹10,978.72 - ₹30,000.00 per month
