**About the Role**
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Personal Office Assistant** to support daily office tasks, scheduling, communication, and basic administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has good communication skills, and wants to build a professional career in an office environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Maintain calendar, schedule meetings & reminders
- Prepare basic reports, notes & documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on tasks
- Organize office files, manage travel or meeting arrangements when required
- Attend meetings & prepare minutes (MoM)
- Help with office management tasks and errands when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of office information & data

Ability to multitask and handle tasks responsibly
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,977.17 - ₹15,000.00 per month
