Personal Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing for meetings and organizing office documents as needed.
- Provide general administrative support including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Coordinate project-based work and follow up on important tasks and deadlines.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
