**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Duties:_
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Organise and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Managerial Duties:_
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient office operations.
- Oversee project management tasks, including coordinating team activities and monitoring project timelines.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of activities and objectives.
- Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative systems.
- Communication:_
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Coordinate communication within the team and with external partners.
- Meeting Coordination:_
- Schedule and organise meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate logistics for team events, conferences, and other meetings.
- Travel Management:_
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
- Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Problem Solving:_
- Address and resolve any administrative or operational issues.
- Assist in decision-making processes by providing timely and accurate information.
- Other Duties:_
- Handle special projects as assigned by executives.
- Perform other related duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
**Work Environment**:
- Office-based with occasional travel.
- Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Pay: ₹11,314.41 - ₹40,358.85 per month
