**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Support**:
- Manage the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including visas, transportation, and accommodation.
- Manage expense reports and assist in budget planning.
- **Communication and Liaison**:
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- **Project Management**:
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring ongoing projects.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure follow-up on tasks assigned by the executive.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Plan and execute internal and external meetings or events.
- Handle logistics, invitations, and required materials for events.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- **Education**: MBA
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
