Job Location - Chakan, Nasik, Dhule, Hubli, Secunderabad, Telangana, Hyderabad, Vapi, Hosur, Chennai, Salem, Tiruvallur, Bangalore, Coimbatore

**ROLES & RESPONSBILITIES**
- Keep a check on Loading / Unloading of the packages by the CHA and ensuring that all consignments are properly scanned, completely loaded/ unloaded, handled with care and placed appropriately by the CHA so that no damage are caused during or after the transportation.
- Bar Code Scanning with Login Id and with the correct remarks of Short, Excess, Damage, Part arrivals etc.
- Plan action for the negative remarks on the PODs to improve our services and also must study the action taken slip submitted by the drivers / vendors so that further deliveries can be planned successfully.
- Pre - alerts to the customer on the arrival of their stocks so that d DOD / DACC/ Cheques and COD deliveries can be effectively arranged without delays in payment.
- Monitoring over coming changes in different Forms and E-waybill Compliance and sharing the same with the team.
- Maintaining MIS Reports & Data entry skills.
- Dispatch Planning of all the Network Loads as per current MWLC. Give Priorities to all the urgent deliveries and movement.
- Proper Updation of undelivered and un-attempted reasons in system for all the undelivered waybills
- Short/excess documentation and must be noted and updated on the tally.
- Coordination with the Delivery Vendors for daily deliveries, customer complaints, undelivered issues and if he is facing any issue in smooth deliveries.
- Ensure that all the incoming waybills have got the appropriate documentation to avoid any unnecessary delays and losses.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**:10+2 Pass from any Board
- **Work Experience**:Fresher or 1 yr Exp.

**Salary -**

**For Non Metro Cities - 9793 Net Take Home + PF + ESIC**
**For Metro Cities - 10922 Net Take Home + PF + ESIC**
